I never wanted a tattoo, but I had the idea for this one and knew I had to get it. It is my first and last tattoo! The reason I got it is because I’ve been experiencing self doubt, and I sometimes overthink things, whether it’s video ideas, social situations, or dating, and it can be one of the main thing that holds me back. So then I had the idea to get a tattoo that expresses “no doubting yourself” so that every time I look at it I’m reminded not to overthink. And I thought “no I don’t want that” but then I realized that’s exactly what I shouldn’t be thinking! And I felt like if I got it then it could also make other people feel more understood. Everyone overthinks sometimes!

Hello! I am doing one week where I visualize bad things, and then I will visualize the solutions to them, so don't worry it will turn out positive! It helps you overcome obstacles in the future. The therapist said it would be a good thing to do, and there is an actual terms for what that is called but I can't remember it! : )

Today I saw my ex for the first time in 5 years : ) She asked me not to post her but said it would be okay if I covered her face.
It’s so interesting to see someone you haven’t seen in such a long time, who was such a big part of your life. I’m so grateful for everything and it’s fun moving forward and seeing what will happen next in life! I’m very excited about the future and excited to share that future with everyone
