Virginia is pushing a slew of new gun bills — and SB 496 may be one of the most dangerous yet.
Under this proposal, lawful gun owners could face criminal charges for doing what they’ve been told to do for years: locking their firearm in their vehicle when entering a gun-free zone. A locked glove box? Not good enough. A locked center console? Still illegal. The state decides after the fact whether you did “enough.”
In this video, I break down how SB 496:
Turns victims of theft into criminals
Punishes lawful behavior instead of criminal conduct
Creates vague compliance standards with no guidance
Shifts blame away from criminals and onto gun owners
Was shaped by the same activist groups pushing gun control nationwide
This isn’t about safety.
It’s about control, compliance, and redefining responsibility in a way that makes exercising your rights riskier than committing a crime.
Watch closely — because this won’t stop with Virginia.

What if the next gun control law isn’t about guns at all… but about controlling machines?
New York’s governor just proposed a first-in-the-nation mandate that would require 3D printers to include software that blocks them from creating firearms or firearm components.
Yes — software.
On machines.
That print measurements.
In this video, I break down why this proposal sounds “reasonable” on camera… but collapses the moment you understand how 3D printing actually works.
A 3D printer doesn’t know what it’s making.
It doesn’t recognize intent.
It doesn’t understand objects.
It prints shapes.
So when politicians say “block guns,” what they’re really talking about is blocking tubes, rectangles, threads, springs, and basic geometry — which means crippling the technology itself.
This isn’t public safety.
It’s technological censorship wrapped in the language of “common sense.”
We also look at:
What the proposed New York legislation actually says
Why this wouldn’t stop criminals
How existing gun laws already failed to prevent real violence
And why controlling tools is easier than addressing reality
Because when government sees itself as the solution to everything…
every tool becomes a threat.

They tell us tyrannical governments are a thing of the past. They tell us it could never happen again.
They tell us to just trust the government.
Then Iran happened.
Reports indicate 12,000 citizens killed by their own government—in real time, in 2026.
Unarmed people.
Sticks and stones.
Body bags lining the streets.
This isn’t ancient history. This isn’t a movie. This isn’t paranoia.
This is what happens when the government has all the power… and the people have none.
When the internet gets shut off.
When doctors are told not to treat gunshot wounds.
When speech, assembly, and resistance disappear overnight.
And yet, every time the Second Amendment comes up, we’re told it’s outdated. That tyranny is impossible. That we should “just trust the system.”
Iran is proof of where that thinking leads.
The Second Amendment was never about hunting.
It was never about sport.
It was about leverage—real leverage—against unchecked power.
Watch the full breakdown.
Decide for yourself.
And ask the question nobody wants to answer:
If the people of Iran had been armed… would this look the same?
🧢 I Am The Militia
The militia was never the government.
It was the people.

According to Gavin Newsom’s press office, California is apparently one court ruling away from turning into the Wild West.
Not because of crime.
Not because of failed policies.
Not because of repeat offenders or violent criminals.
But because of… “gunslingers.”
That wasn’t satire. That wasn’t parody.
That was an official statement from the Governor’s office — reacting to a Ninth Circuit ruling that applied the Bruen standard exactly the way the Supreme Court said it should.
So instead of arguing facts…
Instead of addressing crime…
They reached for fear.
This video breaks down:
Why California’s open-carry ban failed under Bruen
How politicians reframe law-abiding citizens as villains
Why armed citizens threaten political control more than criminals ever will
And how “public safety” narratives collapse when the data doesn’t cooperate
This isn’t about the Wild West.
It’s about panic — wrapped in a press release.
